• Ongoing support and accountability

3. Medical Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

• You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program
• You should not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it based on information from my services
• If you experience any pain, dizziness, or discomfort during exercise, you should stop immediately and consult a healthcare provider
• Individual results may vary and are not guaranteed

4. Eligibility

By using my services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws
• You have disclosed any relevant health conditions or limitations

5. Payment and Refund Policy

5.1 Payment Terms

Payment for services is due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes where required by law.

5.2 Refund Policy

I offer the following refund terms:

• Foundation Assessment: No refunds once the assessment has been delivered
• Momentum Builder: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been conducted; prorated refund thereafter based on unused portion
• Complete Evolution: Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been conducted; prorated refund thereafter based on unused portion

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@akernaron.nl.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and materials provided during coaching, is the property of Aker Naron and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without prior written permission
• Use my content for commercial purposes without authorization
• Create derivative works based on my materials
• Share login credentials or proprietary resources with third parties

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aker Naron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of my services, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury or property damage
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Any other damages arising from the services

My total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aker Naron from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of my services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation:

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of that session
• No-shows will be counted as completed sessions

I reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with as much notice as possible.

10. Termination

I reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.

12. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
